National team manager, Daruk Seri Subahan Kamal invites companies provides incentives to encourage national team. On 21 July, Malaysia was beat Chelsea in an exhibition match at the Shah Alam Stadium. 

"If the corporate sector wants to show its support and challenge the national team to beat Chelsea, they are most welcome. So far, none have come forward but if they do, it will be a big boost for the national team." said by Subahan.

Chelsea and Barcelona, who play Malaysia on 10 of August, helps to increase the excitement level among local footballs fans.

"The players get to play against their idols and the games are a big challenge for the national team. But it's not just the national team who benefit as the fans will also enjoy watching the clubs in action. It will help make football in Malaysia more alluring and exciting." said Subahan.
