Last Thursday scan on Wayne Rooney had revealed him having a hamstring problem. According to United manager David Moyes, Rooney will be sidelined for a month while he is having his rehabilitation in England.

Former United manager Sir Alex Ferguson stated that the striker is about to leave in May. However, Current United manager David Moyes claimed that Rooney will remain in Manchester United.

27-year-old Manchester United Striker Wayne Rooney has scored 197 goals in 402 appearances for the club when he played under Moyes at Everton. Captain Nemanja Vidic believed that Rooney was in his "best shape for five years".

However, Rooney appearance in England - Scotland friendly match on 14 August is still remained a question.
