RIO DE JANEIRO - Maracana administration had stated that they might ban Brazilian football fans for standing up, removing their shirt, waving flags and playing musical instruments when the match is on.
Joad Borba, the president of Maracana Consortium had stated that they are going to have a discussion with the club about this new rules.
Some of the people had felt that the arena had lost it magical charm as now the stadium is no longer having fireworks, toilet rolls, beating drums and giant flags.
